Even
when it's cold. Even if it's raining. (Underground garages)
That's all there is. Alex is sponsored by Chapter 7 and Etnies,
and his father, Mike, runs X-21 Skate Shop. Jason is sponsored
by his parents with maybe a little help from X-21. Alex is
14 and Jason is 15 and both of them have been skating for
two years. Jason's favorite color is turquoise and Alex's
is day-glo green. Alex lives in placerville and Jason lives
in Sacramento and they get together just about everyday after
school (courtesy of Mike and HWY 50). Their favorite places
to skate are by X-21,Daily Grind,Benecia,
Napa, and San Francisco. They mainly skate street but like
to skate banks too. Jason is working on slappy 50 50's and
boneless's. He says switchstance kickflip backside tail slides
are too easy, so he doesn't do them anymore. Alex says Switchstance
540 pressure flip tail slides are boring so he's mainly focusing
on nosegrind K-grinds.
Jason
listens to rap, hip hop and oldies. Heiroglyphics, Casual,
and FM 101 are some of his favorites. Alex rocks out to Michael
Jackson, GWARand Garth Brooks when he's feeling sensitive.
Jeremy
ShayandAarron Brown are two guys they skate
with. They're hoping to meet up with Snaggle and do some street
skating with him soon.
Jason
likes to snowboard but he doesn't go much because he doesn't
have a board and it's a hassle. Alex went snowboarding about
10 times, but says he'd rather just skate.
Besides
skating, both Jason and Alex enjoy talking on the phone, school
and rollerblading. Jason currently doesn't have a girlfriend,
and Alex says girls are kinda' gross. Alex ands Jason want
to get their driver's licenses so they can get cars. Alex
wants a Gremlinand Jason wants a Pinto.
For parting
shots, Jason says to quit waxing the Plaza curbs cause they're
too slippery.
One last
thing, don't loan these guys your videos or CD's 'cause you'll
never see 'em again.
