Skate a lot, look good for the fans, get some phone numbers.
I gotta be a role model to the kids on the street. I’m
not tryin’ to front like I’m a gangsta.
What do you think it means to be a professional skateboarder?
Gettin’ a lot of free flow. Doing a lot of dope shit where
people can see me, represent. I gotta give skateboarding a professional
image. A lot of people out there are punks, but I’m about
keepin’ it real and doing dope shit. Who are your favorite skateboarders?
Andrew Reynolds, Ronnie Creager, Josh Kalis and Eric Koston.
Do you have a job?
No. How do you survive if you don’t have a job? College
money. My grandparents gave me college money and I spent it.
I’m broke. What else do you do besides skateboard?
Arm wrestling tournaments. And I like to volunteer at bake sales
‘cause you gotta really help out the younger generation.
That includes the baking and selling of goods. I like to bake
cookies, but sometimes I’ll do cupcakes, and occasionally
muffins. I make a mean butter nut muffin.
