Chad
Shetler
As the new skate team manager for Lost he has found a way to
skate all day without working as a plumber or a sushi chef-his
previous means of living. But he still retains the skills, so
if your toilet is backed up or you need some unagi for your
next party then keep looking because Mr. Shetler is well on
his way to fulfill his true destiny: To broaden the horizons
of the flippers, the vert dogs and the pool sharks. read

Tony
Trujillo Interview
As I watched Tony skate over that weekend I realized how natural
he is on a board. Everything he does looks effortless, no matter
what trick it is. He skated both of his final runs with an orange
ski mask on, and he never changed his pants. Tony has what it
takes: style, skill, and balls. If he is not one of your heroes
then make him one. read on>>

I decided
to have it amputated and I never looked back. I was bummed,
but I wasnt depressed. I received my first prosthetic
limb on January 24, 1997 and went snowboarding on January 26th

The
Snowboard Revolution
I remember the day Shawn and I went to get our board
like it was yesterday. It was one of those empowering teenage
milestones, like the first time your parents leave you in (lack
of) control of the house for an entire weekend. Or sex. These
things stay with you. read

90
Day Men
As far as processing or effects there was no set idea on
what type of tricks or effects we were going to use on specific
parts. There were production elements I did have in mind but
a lot of the different drum sounds are a result of John (John
Congleton, engineer and guitarist for The Paper Chase) having
ideas. He would just throw different ideas or sounds at me and
then if I liked it we would just kind of elaborate on the idea.

At
Home With Bad Religion
The process of belief that we acknowledge on this album
is a biological process that is common to all humans. You dont
need a religion to tell you what to believe because you have
that capacity yourself, explains Graffin.
What Bad Religion mastered, thousands of bands have followed
but you cant phase their intricate three guitar punk assault
or replicate Graffins intense voice. These guys have stayed
true to their roots while embracing the futureall along
the way creating meaningful songs and an open-ended dialogue
with an audience thirsty for intellect and salvation in an increasingly
vanilla punk market. read on>>
The
Hudson Falcons
From day one weve always considered ourselves a rock &
roll band, and weve been embraced by the streetpunk and
Oi! scene. I guess its because of what were singing
about; working class issues. Were not writing these songs
just so we can have fans. Thats not what its about.
That just happens to be where were at.read on>>
Juliana
Theory
Regardless, it is getting harder and harder to avoid The Juliana
Theory buzz that has been steadily sweeping across well,
basically everywhere. A portion of this new found recognition
is because they have and will tour with both hardcore bands
and emo bands alike, which is starting to become a common thing
these days thanks to bands like The Juliana Theory. Another
reason, they play exceptional music with pure emotion and power
on stage and in the studio. read

Preston School of Industry is an old reform school- for delinquent

behave, well send you to the Preston School of Industry.
Its always been in the back of his head the place
of his nightmares. read on>>

Dear
Heckler
The write in you guys published a few years ago killed all the
lame ones. I see now about how people get drunk and listen to
all the music you write about. It would be excellent if you
would do a story on a girl skater and give her a proper interview,
asking questions like what inspires her to skate or write or
sing or lay in the grass or duck dive excessively.
